Returns, Exchanges, and Limited Warranty
Return requests
Return or refund requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days of delivery.
Returns and refunds are accepted only for confirmed manufacturing defects.
Please contact Good Vision Furniture & Mattress as soon as possible and provide your order information, along with photos or videos showing the defect when requested.
Exchanges
Exchange requests must also be submitted within 3 calendar days of delivery.
An exchange for another product may be considered only when the original packaging has been retained.

Mattresses must retain their original plastic wrapping.

Furniture must retain its original boxes and packaging.
All exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval.
For exchanges requested because of a customer selection, ordering mistake, or preference change, the customer is responsible for all applicable delivery or transportation costs.
Any damage caused by the customer is not eligible for return, exchange, or warranty coverage.
One-year limited warranty
Products include a one-year limited warranty beginning on the original purchase date.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and product breakage that was not caused by the customer.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by the customer, misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
The 3-day return and exchange window is separate from the one-year limited warranty. Manufacturing defects reported after the return window may still be reviewed as a warranty claim.
Return and exchange transportation costs
Good Vision Furniture & Mattress covers return pickup or delivery costs only when a manufacturing defect has been confirmed.
For exchanges requested because of a customer selection, ordering mistake, or preference change, the customer is responsible for all applicable delivery or transportation costs.
