TERMS OF SERVICE
OVERVIEW
Welcome to Good Vision Furniture & Mattress.
The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Good Vision LLC, doing business as Good Vision Furniture & Mattress (“Good Vision”).
Good Vision operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Good Vision is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when you access or use the Services (the “Terms of Service” or “Terms”).
Please read these Terms carefully. They contain important information about your legal rights, including warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.
By visiting, interacting with, purchasing from, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms or our Privacy Policy, you should not access or use the Services.
SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNTS
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given consent for any minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own, purchase, or manage.
To access certain Services or purchase products, you may be asked to provide information such as your name, email address, telephone number, billing information, payment information, and delivery address.
You represent and warrant that all information you provide is correct, current, and complete and that you have the legal right to provide that information.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or license your customer account to another person.
SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS
We make reasonable efforts to present our products accurately, including their descriptions, dimensions, colors, materials, finishes, features, and photographs.
However, colors and product appearance may vary depending on your screen, device settings, lighting, natural material variations, manufacturing batches, and photographic conditions.
Furniture may have reasonable variations in wood grain, fabric texture, stitching, finish, shade, pattern placement, or other characteristics that do not constitute a manufacturing defect.
Nothing in this section permits us to materially misrepresent a product or limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Product descriptions, prices, availability, features, and specifications may be changed without notice. We may discontinue products or limit available quantities at any time.
Certain products may require a foundation, box spring, assembly, installation, accessories, or additional pieces that are not included unless expressly stated in the product description.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND WARRANTY CLAIMS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline an order for legitimate business reasons, including product unavailability, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, delivery limitations, or payment problems.
An order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and successfully process or authorize payment.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. We may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been accepted, prepared, ordered from a supplier, scheduled for delivery, assembled, or otherwise processed.
If we decline, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to contact you using the email address, billing information, delivery address, or telephone number provided with the order.
Returns, exchanges, refunds, and warranty claims are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Return or exchange requests must generally be submitted within three calendar days after delivery. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. We may request photographs, videos, packaging, order information, and an inspection before approving any return, exchange, refund, or warranty claim.
Returns and refunds are accepted only for confirmed manufacturing defects, subject to the Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.
An exchange requested because of customer preference, product selection, ordering mistake, size choice, color choice, or another reason not caused by a manufacturing defect may be considered only when the product qualifies under our Return and Refund Policy and retains its original packaging.
For mattresses, the original plastic wrapping must be retained when required for an exchange. For furniture, the original boxes and packaging must be retained when required for an exchange.
Good Vision is responsible for approved return pickup or transportation costs when a manufacturing defect is confirmed. When an exchange is requested for a reason attributable to the customer rather than a manufacturing defect, the customer is responsible for applicable delivery, pickup, redelivery, and transportation costs.
Products damaged through customer misuse, accidents, improper handling, improper assembly, unauthorized modifications, stains, cuts, moisture, neglect, or other customer-caused damage are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or warranty coverage.
Products include a one-year limited warranty beginning on the original purchase date. This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects and product breakage occurring under normal intended use that was not caused by the customer.
The three-day return window is separate from the one-year limited warranty. A manufacturing defect reported after the return window may still be reviewed as a warranty claim during the applicable warranty period.
After inspection and verification, Good Vision will determine the appropriate warranty response in accordance with the written warranty, product circumstances, manufacturer requirements, and applicable law.
You represent that purchases are for lawful personal, household, or business use and are not intended for unauthorized resale, export, fraud, or unlawful activity.
SECTION 4 - PRICES, TAXES, AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, promotions, delivery charges, installation charges, and product availability may change without notice.
The price charged will generally be the price displayed when the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors, product configuration changes, delivery charges, taxes, and other amounts disclosed before final confirmation.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, displayed prices do not include applicable sales taxes, delivery charges, assembly charges, installation charges, or other separately quoted services.
Online prices may differ from prices offered in physical locations, supplier catalogs, financing programs, marketplaces, advertisements, or third-party stores.
Promotions may have separate terms and conditions. If promotional terms conflict with these Terms, the promotional terms will govern for that promotion.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, payment, account, and contact information.
You represent and warrant that:
1. The payment information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.
2. You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
3. Charges incurred through your payment method will be honored.
4. You will pay all accepted charges, including applicable taxes, delivery charges, and other disclosed fees.
Financing is subject to separate applications, approvals, terms, interest rates, fees, and agreements established by the relevant financing provider. Good Vision does not guarantee financing approval.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING, LOCAL DELIVERY, AND PICKUP
Shipping, local delivery, and store pickup are governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Good Vision provides local delivery within eligible areas of South Florida and may provide delivery up to the Orlando area, depending on product availability, destination, scheduling, delivery capacity, and prior confirmation.
Preparation and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Timing may vary because of product availability, supplier schedules, destination, weather, traffic, building access, customer availability, delivery workload, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Good Vision will contact the customer to coordinate local delivery when applicable.
Customers are responsible for providing:
1. A complete and accurate delivery address.
2. A valid telephone number.
3. Correct building, unit, gate, elevator, parking, or access information.
4. Information about stairs, narrow hallways, door dimensions, restricted access, or other conditions that could affect delivery.
5. A responsible adult authorized to receive the order.
Additional charges may apply when delivery requires extra labor, additional attempts, unusual access, stairs, redelivery, waiting time, assembly, installation, or services not included in the original order.
Assembly or installation is not included in the standard delivery charge unless expressly stated or separately purchased.
Customers should inspect products at delivery or pickup whenever reasonably possible. Visible damage, missing pieces, incorrect products, or suspected defects should be reported promptly.
A signature, delivery photograph, electronic confirmation, or other delivery record may be used as evidence that delivery or pickup was completed.
Risk of accidental loss generally transfers to the customer after completed delivery or pickup, without limiting any rights relating to manufacturing defects, delivery damage, misdelivery, or rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Customers selecting pickup must wait until Good Vision confirms that the order is ready. Traveling to a location before receiving confirmation does not guarantee that the order will be available.
SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services, including trademarks, trade names, logos, text, graphics, photographs, product images, videos, audio, layouts, designs, reviews, software, and other content, are owned by Good Vision, Shopify, their affiliates, licensors, suppliers, or other applicable rights holders.
The Services are protected by intellectual property laws in the United States and other jurisdictions.
These Terms permit you to access and use the Services for lawful personal and non-commercial purposes only.
Without prior written permission, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, sell, license, or transmit protected materials from the Services, except as expressly permitted by law.
Good Vision’s names, logos, product names, service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks or trade dress belonging to Good Vision or their respective owners.
Shopify’s names, logos, product names, service names, designs, and slogans belong to Shopify or its licensors.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of, or a license to use, any intellectual property except the limited right to access the Services in accordance with these Terms.
SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL AND THIRD-PARTY TOOLS
We may provide access to tools or services operated by third parties, including payment processors, financing companies, delivery services, review platforms, messaging services, analytics platforms, social media companies, and other technology providers.
We may not monitor or control all aspects of these third-party tools.
Third-party tools may be provided “as is” and “as available” and may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
Your use of optional third-party tools is at your own discretion and risk. You should review and understand the applicable third-party terms before using them.
We may introduce new tools, resources, or features in the future. Such additions will be considered part of the Services and will be subject to these Terms unless separate terms apply.
SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Services may contain links, embedded content, or materials provided or operated by third parties.
We are not responsible for examining or guaranteeing the accuracy, availability, legality, security, or content of third-party websites or services.
Accessing a third-party website or service is at your own risk.
We are not responsible for harm, damages, losses, or disputes arising from third-party websites, products, services, financing arrangements, payment providers, content, or transactions, except to the extent required by applicable law.
Questions or complaints regarding third-party products or services should be directed to the applicable third party.
SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Good Vision is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.
However, purchases and sales made through our store are transactions directly between you and Good Vision.
Shopify is not the seller of the furniture, mattresses, delivery services, installation services, or other products and services offered by Good Vision.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for injuries, damages, losses, delivery problems, warranty claims, product disputes, or other matters arising from transactions between you and Good Vision.
SECTION 10 - PRIVACY POLICY
Personal information collected through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available through the store footer and checkout.
Certain personal information may also be processed under Shopify’s Privacy Policy and the policies of payment providers, financing providers, Meta, Google, delivery services, and other service providers used to operate the store.
Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify may collect and process information relating to your access and use of the Services in order to provide, secure, analyze, and improve the platform.
Information may be transmitted to and processed by Shopify and other service providers located in the United States or other countries.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review the applicable privacy policies.
SECTION 11 - FEEDBACK, REVIEWS, AND USER CONTENT
If you submit, upload, post, email, message, or otherwise provide ideas, suggestions, reviews, photographs, videos, proposals, plans, or other content (“Feedback”), you grant Good Vision a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, sublicensable, transferable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, translate, display, and otherwise use the Feedback for lawful business purposes.
This may include operating, evaluating, improving, and promoting the Services.
You represent and warrant that:
1. You own the Feedback or have permission to submit it.
2. Your Feedback is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
3. You have disclosed any compensation or incentive related to the Feedback.
4. Your Feedback does not violate laws or third-party rights.
We are not required to keep Feedback confidential, pay compensation for it, or respond to it.
We may monitor, edit, refuse, or remove Feedback that we believe is unlawful, misleading, abusive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, infringing, irrelevant, or otherwise inappropriate.
You may not use a false identity, misleading email address, or other method to misrepresent the source of Feedback.
SECTION 12 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS
Information in the Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, dimensions, availability, prices, promotions, delivery charges, transit times, images, or other information.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, change or cancel offers, and cancel or modify orders affected by inaccurate information.
When reasonably possible, we will contact you before making a material change to an accepted order.
Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
SECTION 13 - PROHIBITED USES
You may access and use the Services only for lawful purposes.
You may not use the Services:
1. For unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or malicious activity.

4. To harass, threaten, defame, abuse, discriminate against, or harm another person.
5. To submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
6. To transmit malware, viruses, malicious code, or harmful technology.
7. To send spam, unauthorized advertising, phishing messages, or fraudulent communications.
8. To impersonate another person or entity.

11. To scrape, copy, extract, reproduce, sell, resell, or exploit the Services without authorization.
12. To bypass security, authentication, fraud prevention, access controls, robots exclusions, or technological restrictions.
We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
SECTION 14 - AUTOMATED AGENTS
This section applies when you use or deploy automated or semi-automated software, artificial intelligence tools, bots, crawlers, or agents to access or interact with the Services.
Automated agents must identify themselves accurately and must not conceal their automated nature, mimic human behavior to bypass restrictions, complete or circumvent CAPTCHAs, or evade measures intended to identify or restrict automated access.
We may limit or block automated access to protect the Services, our customers, our business, and our service providers.
SECTION 15 - TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Services when reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, abuse, security risks, nonpayment, unlawful conduct, or violation of these Terms.
Termination does not eliminate payment obligations or liabilities arising before termination.
Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination will survive, including provisions concerning intellectual property, Feedback, warranty limitations, liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, governing law, and privacy.
SECTION 16 - LIMITED WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Good Vision provides the one-year limited product warranty described in our Return and Refund Policy.
The limited warranty begins on the original purchase date and covers confirmed manufacturing defects and product breakage occurring under normal intended use that was not caused by the customer.
The limited warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, improper handling, improper installation or assembly, unauthorized repair or modification, stains, cuts, moisture, neglect, infestation, commercial misuse, failure to follow care instructions, or normal wear and tear.
Warranty eligibility may require proof of purchase, photographs, videos, serial numbers, product labels, packaging, inspection, or other reasonable information.
Except for:
1. The express one-year limited warranty described in our Return and Refund Policy;
2. Any separate written manufacturer warranty;
3. Any express written promise made by Good Vision; and
4. Rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded,
the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee that access to the website will always be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
SECTION 17 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Good Vision and its owners, officers, employees, agents, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, lost opportunities, or loss of data.
This limitation applies to claims arising from or relating to the Services, website access, product use, third-party services, delays, errors, interruptions, or other matters, whether based in contract, negligence, tort, strict liability, or another legal theory.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury caused by legally actionable negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Where liability cannot be fully excluded, it will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
SECTION 18 - INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Good Vision, Shopify, and their respective affiliates, owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable legal expenses arising from:
1. Your material breach of these Terms.
2. Your unlawful use of the Services.
3. Your violation of another person’s rights.
4. Fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity conducted through your account.
We will provide reasonable notice of an indemnifiable claim when practicable.
You agree to reasonably cooperate in the defense of such claims.
SECTION 19 - SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Any unenforceable portion will be severed without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
SECTION 20 - WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and other policies posted through the Services, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Services.
They supersede prior communications or agreements relating to the same subject matter, except for written product, financing, delivery, installation, or warranty agreements that expressly apply to a particular transaction.
SECTION 21 - ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign, delegate, or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
We may assign or transfer these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, sale, restructuring, financing, change of control, transfer of business assets, or engagement of a service provider, subject to applicable law.
SECTION 22 - GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and any separate agreement through which Good Vision provides the Services are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to any consumer rights, jurisdictional protections, or remedies that cannot legally be waived, disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be brought before an appropriate state or federal court located in Broward County, Florida.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from using a lawful small-claims procedure or exercising rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

SECTION 24 - CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms when necessary to reflect changes in our Services, business practices, technology, policies, or legal obligations.
